
Mandy Koltiska is an Associate
Broker with CENTURY 21 BHJ Realty, Inc., serving Sheridan and the surrounding
Northern Wyoming communities. With more than two decades of experience in real
estate, Mandy has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers successfully navigate
the real estate process. Her knowledge of the local market, attention to
detail, and strong negotiation skills allow her to guide clients confidently
through every step of a transaction.

Originally from Juneau, Alaska,
Mandy moved to Sheridan in 2008 and quickly developed a strong connection to
the community. She has served as Past President of the Sheridan County Board
of Realtors and as Past Chair of the Sheridan County Planning and
Zoning Commission. Mandy is also a proud supporter of the Sheridan
County Dog and Cat Shelter.
Outside of real estate, Mandy
enjoys spending time with her family and taking advantage of Wyoming’s outdoor
lifestyle. She and her husband Travis have five children—Allison, Tyler, Sadie,
Danielle, and Hunter. In her free time she enjoys camping, hunting, baking,
sewing, and other outdoor activities.
